Ingredients

  • 1 ear of corn, chopped into chunks
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ white radish, peeled and sliced
  • 10 goji berries
  • 4 red dates (seed removed)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1.5 litres of water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Peel the carrot and radish. Cut the corn into smaller sections.
  2. In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Add goji berries and red dates.
  3. Add corn, carrot, and radish to the pot.
  4. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes, until vegetables are tender and flavors have infused.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Serve warm.
